We get that question a lot.
Roman Pinsa is an Italian-style bread known for its light, airy interior and crispy exterior.
At Pinsa Guy, we're using Roman Pinsa a little differently.
Rather than treating it like pizza, we turn it into a sandwich.
That gives you a bread that's crisp enough to stand up to mortadella, prosciutto, roasted pork, mozzarella, pesto and all the other good stuff we're putting between it—but still light enough that the bread doesn't overpower the sandwich.
